This gives us a clear competitive advantage which drives our continued success.We currently have more than 3.1m sq ft of urban logistics and industrial space under construction or ready for development across 24 sites ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh.Chancerygate also manages in excess of £385m of assets across more than five million sq ft of commercial space in over 480 units.At Chancerygate, I am responsible for:- Managing and overseeing the Chancerygate Foundation to support BME students entering the property industry. The Chancerygate Foundation is on a mission to diversify the real estate industry by supporting black and minority ethnic students through their studies and into the sector.- Facilitating and supporting the BME students eligible for a Chancerygate Foundation bursary.- Overseeing all Corporate Social Responsibility, charity work and volunteering across the company.
