Leads informative, educational, and entertaining tours of Crystal Cave. Interacts with guests on the surface at gem panning, mini golf, and in the gift shop. Works with school groups. Learns and teaches guests about science, biology, geology, and conservation. Contributes to the general cleaning and upkeep of the grounds, gardens, gift shop and cave. Trained, managed, and evaluated guides.

Built a community of 50+ residents through bulletin boards, and educational floor program activities through one on one intentional conversations. Remained confidentiality through navigating and mediating conflict. Communicates and works on a team with other Community Advisors and Professional staff. Is a direct connection to campus resources to help provide students with a safe and connected environment to thrive academically and individually.

Used drone imagery to create 3D models in photogrammetry. Worked with Augustana College Facilities to use GIS and digitize files and make a digital, interactive way to easily obtain information about the roofs on campus.

Working to connect with Make it Yours participants and grow the program through addressing environmental and public health lenses.

Provides instructional lessons on how to ski through 15-minute lessons to every person that visits Seven Oaks. Customizes private lessons to help individuals learn or improve their skills. Helps manage other operations such as ski lift, rope tow, and safety cones. Two seasons, November 2021 - March 2022 and November 2022 - March 2023.
