As a Therapeutic Radiographer/Radiation Therapist, I have a strong background in education, research, clinical trials, and the implementation of innovative radiotherapy techniques. Currently pursuing a CRUK RadNet PhD on "Motion Mitigation for Abdominal Cancers," I specialize in managing complex projects from conception through to clinical integration, ensuring patient-centered care is always prioritized.My experience includes leading multi-disciplinary teams, developing national guidelines, and driving initiatives that enhance treatment outcomes and clinical practice. I am particularly skilled in translating cutting-edge research into practical applications, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous improvement in patient care.In addition to my research, I hold leadership roles within professional organizations, including being a member of the yESTRO committee and an observer on the ESTRO Education Council, helping to shape clinical standards and educational strategies.
