About Amanda Weidman

I have had over 15 years of amazing experiences and growth in the healthcare system. Currently I am an advanced nurse practitioner in a pain management clinic. I have previous experience as a medical surgical nurse, an Air Force Medical Services specialist, emergency medical technician, and medical assistant. It is through these experiences and growth that I strive to connect with my patients to provide the best patient-centered care that I can. I ultimately want my patients to feel seen, heard, and validated. My goal is to always have each patient receive an individualized plan that evaluates, treats, and supports the patient with the whole person concept. I endeavor to support coworkers to emulate the quality of work needed to provide safe and evidence-based care. I employ an observant, dedicated, and hardworking professional ethic. I’m organized, reliable, detailed-oriented, focused, caring, and motivated. I’m eager to learn from a multitude of professional experiences to become a skilled clinician.

This required a knowledge of management principles involved in resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Through clear and concise communication, I was able to disseminate information to supervisors, co-workers, and peers by telephone, written form, e-mail, or in person.
