Senior Paralegal
Current-Provide Business Immigration Paralegal support in a fast paced, high volume, deadline driven environment.-Prepare non-immigrant B-1, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, H-3, E-3, E-2 petitions for filing, including change of status, extensions of stay, consular processing, and border processing cases.-Prepare I-140 Immigrant Petitions EB-2 through EB-3, Multinational Managers, Outstanding Researchers, Extraordinary Ability and I-485 Adjustment of Status.-Prepare National Interest Exception waivers for submission to U.S. Embassies and ports of entry during COVID-19.-Research prevailing wage for H-1B filings.-Prepare labor condition applications.-Assist clients in drafting J-1 Programs for Trainees, Interns, and Research Scholars.-Prepare family-based I-130 Immigrant Petitions and I-485 Adjustment of Status.-Prepare Naturalization applications.-Draft correspondence, letters of support, and responses to Requests for Evidence.-Perform legal document review and legal research for special projects.-Work with foreign nationals to collect information and gather supporting documents.-Assist foreign nationals with consular processing abroad.-Prepare change of status and non-immigrant visa petitions for dependent family members.-Track visas subject to expiration and renewed as required.-Consult with attorneys to resolve problems, output quality, and work deadlines.-Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.-Experience working with Fortune 500 clientele and international executives.
