Responsible for the direction of billing, medical records, & patient registration departments. Also responsible for managing two Rural Health Clinics consisting of five providers.

Worked through all facets of the business office, beginning my employment as a billing and follow up clerk. I took on additional roles and responsibilities to fill vacancies left through attrition. Before leaving for career advancement opportunities, I was the financial counselor and was responsible for all self pay collections, as well as the management of bad debt and the financial assistance program.
