Problem solving and continuing education are my passion. Any industry you are in is ever changing and I love to be in the know and share that knowledge. I have worked in customer service for well over 10 years, 9 of those years being in sales. The beauty industry has made up most of my customer service career. Every job I have been in I have promoted quickly due to my ability to asses the areas of success and areas of improvement and create a game plan that guarantees continued growth. Creating a fair, organized, and fun working environment is something I take pride in. Turn over is good for no one, especially a business trying to be successful. Cultivating a team that is passionate and driven to exceed goals is my goal as a District Manager. I take pride in my job and I love to help others do the same.
