I love to organize the chaos. Bringing order to a workflow and creating and maintaining a process is my specialty. Project management is what I do best and with creative people who I connect with the most. I am always working to streamline and reduce waste to be the most effective and efficient possible. I use a team approach to coach others along the way and experience the victories together. My aspirations include obtaining a leadership position and continue to add value with my design background and growing project management skills. I decided to go to back to school to obtain a Technical Leadership degree to continue to grow in the project management profession.When I'm not managing projects and improving process, I like to spend time with my family and my daughters. I also enjoy long boarding, playing volleyball, and practicing my graphic and interior design skills.
