Beginning as a sales agent with Red Ventures my duties encompassed phone sales, maintaining a consistent high performance, which developed into the opportunity to sell for multiple businesses, and eventually being part of a team that started a new business. As my experience evolved, I worked with all tenures of agents, from initial training to classroom training, and was influential in training and supervising sales agents to peak performance in minimal time, ex. 6 sales agents reached Master Sales level over the past quarter.While an athlete at UNC Charlotte, I was active in recruiting efforts with collegiate athletes. Part of my training and experience with Red Ventures included multiple recruiting/networking events, resulting in 64 new recruits. Within a year and half of working with the company, and a promotion to Performance Manager, my primary objectives became and are to drive performance on the floor, create a motivating and inspiring culture for the agents, and work with Sales Ops to recognize, identify and ensure the creation of opportunities to increase sales. Ancillary to this role are multiple training classes to enhance effective communication, leadership, motivational skills, networking, EQ, and an increasing knowledge of company entities and structures (marketing, sales ops, directors and workforce). A major focus of many meetings has been business strategy, how to balance quality versus quantity through comp increasing opportunities for agents through call queues, identifying where the breakage is within our numbers, and troubleshoot as well as develop solutions.
