• Purchase all required products, materials and services for various industrial water treatment projects; • Plan and revise the project procurement budget and schedule with Project Manager, and to implement, track, monitor and revise the plan so as to ensure the plan to be completed within the budget and time frame;• Develop and manage vendors, evaluate and record the performance and competency of each contractor and vendor and to establish / update vendor database; Lead and assist vendors to comply with the whole company procurement policy and procedure;• Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, contract effectiveness, collaboration and integration and deliver improved result. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors and with the objective of reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies;• Source, qualify and introduce suitable local vendors according to the requirements and cost reduction plan for domestics and oversee projects; Follow and complete RFQ with right source, TCO analysis, price negotiation, support oversea procurement departments for sourcing domestic potential vendor and assist IPO team for PO implementation; On-the-Job Accomplishment• Reduce cost of projects about 5~11% via E-sourcing and E-Auction;• Ensure the smooth running of each project;• Assess subcontractor and supplier’s performance for annual evaluation.
