As a Director of Product Operations I communicate the road map and progress across the organization as we improve both internal and external customers experience.

As a Director of Product Management I have the opportunity to lead the Product Team with a vision to strive to support and grow our lease, membership, and traditional products by implementing strategy, building product roadmaps, outlining product features, and measuring performance. The ongoing goal for this team is to improve market success and customer experience across all products by bringing together targeted programs and initiatives to deliver impactful recommendations and operational paths that help the field.

As a Product Manger, I am responsible for guiding a cross-department team to create, implement, and train new products for the US market. This includes overseeing various products life cycle and identify opportunities in simplifying processes while allowing an easier selling process and anticipating potential problems. In this role I create go-to-market summary per product and introduce it to the rest of the department and work with potential distributors to outline relationship with new programs. Within the role I must have a strong ability to keep co-workers motivated, resolve conflicts and make hard decisions and use of analytical skills to solve problems that come up, analyze data and making decisions that affect the project on an ongoing basis

As a Business Operations Supervisor, I lead a team of 11 Program Specialist that support a flagship program. I get the opportunity to head up projects, initiatives, and launches. With the opportunities, I coordinate between departments, work out efficient processes, create training, and oversee success metrics.

As the Operations Specialist, I manage multiple projects around different avenues of the business. Lead on rental program roll-out for the US, assist with the rollout of an LMS system company-wide, assist with training coordination and development and keep track of all state contractor licenses needed to conduct business for 93 locations. I am the main point person for Quickbase, an application development system, across the company. With Quickbase I develop and build different Quickbase applications for multiple departments to; decrease time spent on tasks, streamline processes while creating checks and balances. I assist marketing with social media, specifically Instagram and Pinterest, and give feedback when needed in other areas. I coordinated the creation of an Inside Sales Program from the initial stage to roll-out. With this I created a comprehensive employee and general manager guide that covered all aspect of the role including; recruiting, training, goals, tracking and supporting documents. A good amount of time is spent on organizing training programs within the company.

The Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with leadership to oversee operations and development for assigned areas. This role combines key competencies and capabilities mastered in the Operations Specialist role to assist in program development. This position is assigned at the territory level and is responsible for, conducting Area/Program-wide trainings, serving as a field resource for sales and service process, tools, product, and business system related questions, pinpointing optimization opportunities, managing key business initiatives, and handling other key escalations or programs that the leaders require. With this role, it includes managing 2 operations specialist.

As an Account Service Operations Specialist I managed operations, special projects, and performance of the account management and sales executive team including reporting and forecasting of current accounts. Key function is to assist Account Executives and Sales Executives manage account performance processes and driving client retention. I guide the local team with pre-sales and sales operations processes. Facilitate training for the account management team on digital marketing best practices, vertical channels, and constructing customized marketing strategies to best suit advertisers’ initiatives. Proficient in ReachLocal's proprietary technology systems, Microsoft Office, and a working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Google AdWords and Yahoo/Bing AdCenter

The Campaign Consultant role directly oversees SMB client’s advertising campaigns, possesses competencies in emerging advertising products, and collaborates with our in-field Marketing Consultants to identify effective methods to improve clients’ campaign performance and return on investment (advertising expenses). This role demonstrates proficiency with online search and display advertising techniques, ReachLocal proprietary technologies, and has consistently met Campaign Service performance metrics. I helped start the Inside Sales Campaign Consultant team, being the one of two people to pilot it out. This involved not only the main parts of this role, but creating processes and training, as well as testing beta projects.
