I have been part of the financial services industry since 1986, beginning my journey as a pensions and investments adviser. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to be a major shareholder in companies that have helped shape and evolve the industry. I was instrumental in establishing one of the first (IFA) networks, promoting the discovery of non-reg protection products, By 2007/08, the growth of PTFS saw it appear in the FT fastest growing firms. However, by 2010, we recognised the need for change and embarked on a journey of innovation through a process of "Try, Fail, Adjust."
