I handle the interim staffing fuction for my company. This includes negotiating contracts with agencies, checking for compliance against the contracts, and maintaining an ongoing professional relationship with agencies and candidates. This also includes the sourcing, screening, and selection of interim candidates to be placed in our open assignments. I also manage a team of PRN traveling pharmacists, which includes onboarding, employee development, performance management, and schedule management.

My primary function was to provide interim staffing support for my company. This included sourcing, screening, and selection of interim candidates, as well as negotiating contracts with agencies and maintaining a professional relationship with them. I also assisted with the management of our company's traveling Director of Pharmacy team - included orientation, payroll, and compliance management.

I assitsted with the interim staffing for my company. I worked with agencies to find the best possible candidate for the assignment I was filling. I sourced new agencies to work with across the country. I assisted, also, with the travel schedule, payroll, and expense compliance for my company's traveling Director of Pharmacy team.

As an assistant manager at Walgreens, I created the store schedule, sourced new candidates, trained new employees, managed the daily operations of the store, managed store inventory levels, and handled money transactions and issues. I analyzed financial, inventory, loss prevention and cash reports on a daily basis. I also created product displays to enhance sales of specified merchandise for the store.
