Provided general and focused care to patient’s seeking help in the ED based on their chief complaint. Placed IV catheters, obtained bloodwork and performed EKGs on patients when needed. Obtained a trauma certification to be able to work the trauma bay and treat critical patients. Performed CPR and set up advanced life support procedures when necessary.

Provided care and support to patients staying in the ICU. Ensured patient safety and took appropriate measures to prevent hospital acquired injuries / infections to sedated and ventilated patients.

Aided in the transport of patients from one healthcare facility to another. Monitored vital signs and the patient’s condition during transport.
