-Administer candidate new hire paperwork and onboarding documents-Data entry of candidate and client information into online database-Process temporary and direct hire placements -Verify education, licensure and certifications of candidates-Conduct employment verifications and reference checks-Process candidate background checks and drug screenings-Monitor weekly payroll processing-Submit expense reports for client approvals-Communicate with corporate payroll, credit, and client services departments -Answer all candidate and client questions regarding invoicing, time sheets, company procedures etc.-Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications-Draft, edit, and post job ads to local job boards-Track branch financials and report weekly performance activities -Conduct market research to support the sales cycle and provide lead generation support-Maintain social media accounts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)-Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, lunch and events for the office-Filing of candidate and client files, documents and agreements-Ensure office cleanliness and maintain office equipment-Order office supplies, kitchen items and marketing material -Oversee daily operation of in-suite review projects-Provide moderate IT support and communicate with off-site IT team about major technology issues-Manage front desk, answer phones, and greet candidates and clients-Provide Out of Office coverage for colleagues in Detroit, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh-Train new hires and participate in company mentorship program-Provide backup coverage to recruiter during vacation and PTO days
