Grass Roots is a global performance improvement company servicing over 2000 clients across 15 countries with revenues in excess of $450m (2009/10). A WPP Associate company.I fulfilled a number of roles within the Group companies culminating in my appointment to the Group Board. As Client Services Director I was engaged in the strategic direction of group activity encompassing all lines of business, including digital marketing, learning, measurement, reward, loyalty, recognition and events. I had financial accountability for the Client Services team who led the planning function for retention, growth and acquisition activity for all integrated programmes.As Director - Grass Roots Travel Awards I was responsible for Business Development planning and financial forecasting using balanced scorecard methodology. I led cross selling initiatives and a programme for growth with a primary focus on new client acquisition.
