With over 18 years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate and results-oriented HR Operations Regional Business Consultant at Ascension. In my current role, I leverage my skills in strategic development, learning and development, and employee engagement to support the HR operations and business objectives of multiple regions and markets nationwide. Previously, I was a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at iA Financial Group, where I managed the full cycle of HR functions for a portfolio of business units, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. I have a master's degree in Healthcare Leadership Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and management.
