In my role, I assist in search assignments to recruit C-suite and senior-level executives in operations, finance, information technology, population health, human resources, and other disciplines within healthcare. Responsibilities in my current role include:• Work in coordination with the clients to understand the opportunities and challenges for each position and organization, and incorporate that information into a job specification• Recruit C-Level executives to a variety of organizations conducting phone screens and in-person interviews based on specific selection criterions• Travel to client locations across the country to assist in interviews and meetings between candidates and clients, assisting the clients in making decisions based on the requirements• Assist the clients by performing background verification and reference checks• Identify, assess and train new Associate Directors that are hired by QLK to ensure attention to detail and adherence to company policy• Continually update and edit Associate Director job description • Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines for a variety of clients • Write and proofread candidate biographies after in-person interviews to present to the client for consideration• Produce a targeted research list to identify strong potential candidates

Coordinate schedules with clients and candidates to ensure the search process runs smoothly• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managing Partners and candidates• Draft meeting agendas, supply advance materials, and execute follow-up for meetings and team conferences• Process travel expenses and reimbursements
