Before goods ready, confirm the mode of transport and, if necessary, inquire from the forwarder about the freight cost before providing instructions to arrange sea or air shipment.4. In SAP system, the documents such as purchase order, reserved invoice, purchase receipt, landed cost, inventory transfer and delivery order should be issued in time.10. Follow up the delivery of the contract, check the invoice issue with financial department after goods delivered, and file the contract and the related customer's receipt together.11.
