-Register and schedule patients on multiple EMR systems. -Field phone calls for department and transfer to other departments as necessary.-Work the online appointment queue to make sure online appointments are scheduled correctly. -Audit physician schedules to make sure appointments are correctly scheduled.-Help with training new employees.

-Provide support to the department/site ensuring quality service through timely and courteous assistance.-Support phone center, front desk duties and check-in responsibilities at clinic.-Answer calls in a timely, pleasant and professional manner.-Document service requests, schedule appointments according to provider rules and guidelines. -Consult with patient to obtain and confirm pertinent billing and demographic information, accurately enter patient and insurance information into system and complete the patient registration process in an accurate manner

-Primary duties include scheduling patients for outside tests and consultations.-Registering and scheduling patients for internal visits, organizing physician schedules, creating and mailing notifications to patients regarding upcoming appointments.-General customer service to hospital guests.-Fielding phone calls for the department.
