For over two decades I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with, led, educated and empowered countless individuals to become a more professionally and personally fulfilled version of themselves. A career centered around both teaching and business leadership has given me a breadth of experience and the tools needed to inspire others to reach their potential. This has only been further supported by my Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration. My goals as an emotionally intelligent leader, coach and published author is to help others to quite simply become more confident being themselves. I truly believe it is possible to “have-it-all”, to be yourself, to achieve your dreams, and most importantly to have time for family, friends, and yourself with careful daily planning and prioritization. Most people don’t achieve this because they don’t have the tools and are often just blocking themselves. I enable people at every stage and every walk of life, with a particular focus on female empowerment to overcome these blockers and achieve their dreams.The people I coach, consult and support have many titles, and in today's modern world I am no different. I’m a Founder, a CEO, mentor, a best selling co-author, published author, panellist, a course & content creator, an educator, consultant and a coach. I am also a proud wife and mother who adores my wonderful family. What underpins all of these roles, and perhaps most importantly what makes me successful, is that I am also a strong, confident woman who has learned that to be our best we have to give our best, and to do that sometimes we need a little help along the way. That’s my focus and mission through my work, to help women, women who are perhaps just like you, live purpose-driven lives.
