CurrentI sit on the Go To Market Enablement team & partner with our Customer Success Team across the globe, with a core focus on North America and the global leadership team. In my role, I lead Customer Readiness strategy for our global team and execution of the strategy for North America, as well as partnering to launch New Hire/Global Onboarding and ramp programs. In addition to this, In this capacity, I collaborate closely with the global team to implement and reinforce our Sales Methodology and Competency roll out to all of the LinkedIn's Global Business and Sales Organization.
