I began my career straight out of college with Enterprise as a Management Trainee. During that time, I was recognized as one of the top 3 Employees in my area, hitting a branch high of 95% customer service score, exceeding our growth goal of 5%, and being number 1 in sales out of our entire region. I was then promoted to Assistant Manager of one of our area locations where I was able to help lead my team to reach a record breaking net earnings and operating profit of $145/car. I was also entrusted to mentor my team and help develop their skills for individual promotions within the company. In that role, I was recognized as one of the top two Assistant Managers of the region consecutive months in a row, eventually landing me a promotion at the biggest branch in Southern San Diego. As the team lead, we added three new accounts and had 15% growth within the first six months which resulted in us becoming the number 1 Branch in the region. My time at Enterprise taught me skills that can translate into multiple careers. One of my greatest strengths is being able to mentor teams. I enjoy training and employee development, all while having fun. Company culture is very important to me, especially within a sales driven work environment, as that has helped me become successful in the workplace.
