Working for a regional building society, I reported into the operations manager taking full responsibility for all marketing activities – both traditional and digital, for the building society. My key responsibilities are launching new products and the promotion of the society to members and intermediaries.My key achievements in this role:• Successful implementation on time and on budget of a new website. Briefed and appointed a website development agency worked to deliver a user-friendly site featuring enhanced functionality, improved user journey and corporate messaging on the website.• Integration of the Smart Money People review platform into the society which allowed for close monitoring of intermediary feedback, this feedback used by senior management as part of its strategy meetings.• B2B – Developed a plan for product launches including, email marketing, articles, press releases and digests to stakeholders for use in their own member newsletter.• Undertook a brand refresh making improvements in the branding, developing a strong look and feel, which runs through everything from branch posters to marketing and event collateral.• Introduction of social media in the form of LinkedIn company page and proposals for a Facebook page.

Key Achievements: Responsible for the largest client at the agency with a team of 5, I managed a £5m turnover client who placed around 400 ads a month in national, local and trade press. I was the main point of contact for the client, supported by an excellent team of experienced people.
