As a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, I provide therapy and intervention services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disorders. I work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental therapists, social workers, and physical therapists, to design and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.I have over five years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and advancing to a Senior RBT, to a BCBA, and then to a Senior BCBA. I have completed multiple certifications and trainings, such as QBS-Safety Care, CPR/AED, Crisis Prevention (CPI), and hold a BCBA license. I have also earned my Master of Arts in ABA from Ball State University, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of behavior analysis, such as assessment, intervention, ethics, and research.I am passionate about helping children and adolescents achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to apply evidence-based practices in my work. I am also committed to collaborating with other professionals, families, and communities, to ensure the best possible outcomes for my clients.
