At Rutherford Webb started as a Payroll Specilaist, wrote software user manual for Payrite and help screens and provided helpdesk support to clients.As an Implementation Consultant for Payrite, I was responsible for installation and training in dozens of companies, specialising in multiple payroll environments, accountancy firms and payroll bureaux. Moved to the sales team for Payrite extending my knowledge to win new business of over 100 clients for the company.

- I started my payroll career at West Sussex County Council in a team managing the pay of 35,000 employees. Experienced the application of terms and conditions of service to payroll for many groups of employees including care staff, APT&C, Magistrates, Probation Service and Teachers.- Qualified CIPFA Certificate and APSA membership. Team leader for 8 staff running schools and colleges payrolls in the County.
