This app generates a quote for a protection product via barcode scan or UI selection, allowing the user to purchase, save, and/or register an account. The app utilized the mobile cross-platform tool Appcelerator, JavaScript, WCF Services, and SQL Server.• Reverse engineered a Beacon script to fix a Sitecore content issue affecting the production environment. This saved the company time and money by eliminating the need to contract the external vendor that wrote it. The marketing manager also attributed an increase in sales and consumer confidence to this fix.• Refactored JavaScript code of a cross-platform mobile application for maintainability and extensibility. Worked within a team of developers to finish required features and resolve defects for the release of four branded versions of the app. I worked primarily on the UI and Globalization.• Managed an offshore team’s development project to convert an existing application written in Java to a C#.NET that would be supported as part of a new software stack.
