• Developed 120+ full stack custom solutions over 3.5 years, ranging from 10 to 200+ hours across all different domains of Ultipro (an HR and payroll software) by working directly with new and existing clients, as well as a collaborative product development team. Primary technologies used were C#.NET, JavaScript & SQL. • Resolved 105+ critical client issues in existing custom solutions as Tier III support and was recognized in the “Top 10” developers with the most cases closed in 2017 and 2018 due to my strengths in reverse engineering, troubleshooting and customer service.• Completed enhancements to the RESTful Global Payroll API to address urgent needs from vendors that included adding new routes and parameters, date range filtering and preventing SQL injection. Wrote unit tests for all changes and did a knowledge share presentation to my team to begin developing custom APIs using this framework.• Collaborated closely with development team to deliver over 4,000 hours of custom solutions for The Cheesecake Factory’s launch in 6 months. • Wrote automated import solutions that integrate with external systems of record, such as Vanguard and iCIMS, to transform data from CSV or XML files into business transactions that are then processed into Ultipro.• Generated over 400 hours of custom solutions for Barnes & Noble’s launch which included building admin pages to manage salary grades by job and store, as well as enforce those rules on the jobs and payroll pages.• Architected and developed a complex solution for Zenith Insurance that allowed them to attach documents to workflow requests, so they are view-able during the approvals process. Created a new business process for Extra Pay requests, like bonuses and wellness benefits, to be directly written to payroll once approved.• Built solutions for clients to automate numerous administrative tasks, such as changing deduction groups on termination and job changes, assigning manager roles based on supervisor or org level changes, and generating Active Directory usernames.• Customized salary planning worksheets using React.

• Converted an existing VB Windows Forms application to a new C#.NET MVC5 web application. I primarily developed the front-end using Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery, and numerous plugins, such as JEditable, Chosen, and Toastr. Necessary changes were made to the data layer using EF6. • Led development for extending and maintaining a C#.NET MVC4 application that submits, sorts and tracks attendance for a county school system. Enhancements that I developed include: - Implementing a security module for Admins to create new roles and maintain rights and permissions for those roles - Integrating the app with SSRS to enable the client’s DBA to independently add reports and eliminate their prior dependency on Crystal Reports - Developing a Bulk Import functionality that allows users to upload a .CSV sheet of student numbers to be imported into the system - Upgrading the application’s authentication from SQL Server Membership Provider to ASP.NET Identity to implement a new custom password policy with features such as:  Password recovery by email  Account lock after 3 failed login attempts  Mandatory password change every 90 days  Notification 14 days prior to a mandatory password change  Internal control prohibiting the reuse of any of the last 5 previous passwords - Developing the import of performance data from an outside system by updating the web service with different queries, creating new tables in SQL Server, coding an original import utility function accessible in the maintenance UI, and generating SSRS reports. - Writing SQL stored procedures for three new Crystal Reports and implementing through the front-end in C#.NET & EXT.NET framework. - Updating stored procedures to remove inactive students from reports

• Architected and developed a mobile application for iOS and Android devices. This app generates a quote for a protection product via barcode scan or UI selection, allowing the user to purchase, save, and/or register an account. The app utilized the mobile cross-platform tool Appcelerator, JavaScript, WCF Services, and SQL Server.• Reverse engineered a Beacon script to fix a Sitecore content issue affecting the production environment. This saved the company time and money by eliminating the need to contract the external vendor that wrote it. The marketing manager also attributed an increase in sales and consumer confidence to this fix.• Refactored JavaScript code of a cross-platform mobile application for maintainability and extensibility. Worked within a team of developers to finish required features and resolve defects for the release of four branded versions of the app. I worked primarily on the UI and Globalization.• Managed an offshore team’s development project to convert an existing application written in Java to a C#.NET that would be supported as part of a new software stack. My role as the Assurant lead developer consisted of: - Facilitating daily status meetings to discuss and resolve impediments - Working with other internal Assurant teams which the project had dependencies on to resolve those impediments - Reverse engineering the Java and .NET code to make decisions on functionality - Setting up hosting environments and automated deployments - Maintaining requirements and documentation in TFS - Coding fixes for defects• Developed, coordinated testing, and released enhancements for Best Buy Canada Portal.

• Worked within a team developing a public facing, multi-client web application for Assurant’s Extended Warranties, Protection Plans & Service Contracts. My main role was as a full stack developer for the e-commerce, post-claim surveys, ratings and reviews of the site. The application was built using Sitecore, C#.NET Web forms, WCF Services, SQL Server, Pluck, Responsive Design, and several JavaScript libraries, including JQuery, Knockout, and Less CSS.• Facilitated the launch of Ratings and Reviews for T-Mobile claims in September 2014. Over 500,000 T-Mobile customers have since posted an online rating of mobile protection service, adding credibility and trust to the Assurant brand. • Wrote a .NET application to authenticate into the third-party ratings and review platform via SSO.• Supported existing portals for Best Buy and Staples by fixing production issues and coding enhancements.

• Worked within a SCRUM team on new C# MVC4 application. My role as a developer was to implement a secure login page and online applicant registration page. • Modified existing C#.NET software for accepting Cash or Check payments based on requirements defined in the User Story or defects assigned to the Sprint.• Designed ETL process of a new third party application, Interactive Brokers, by building SSIS packages and performing SQL Server database modeling, table creation, and normalization. • Programmed an innovative C#.NET application for MIS Mapping Management using NancyFX and Simple.Data• Performed migration tasks from old servers to new Data Center on Windows 2008 R2 servers including: - Setting up FTP on IIS7 with NTFS Permissions, testing open firewall ports with IBM, converting DTS packages and SSRS to VS2012, backing up and restoring SQL databases, and propagating application files. • Created and maintained automated daily processes for third party applications with VisualCron.

Changes to this C# .NET application included: - Adding a map widget using Google Maps API and JQuery plug-in GMap3 to dynamically pull up shipping ports based on IP address location - Incorporating search capability on the map marker click event and the ability to filter search results based on country and continent by adding new C# function and updating SQL Stored procedure - Customizing Telerik controls for drop-downs that display vehicle images and dynamically load vehicle makes based on vehicle types• Implemented an interactive enhancement to display a “Round Table” award on the Sales Rank Report using Bootstrap, JavaScript and JQuery.• Worked within a team of developers to improve employee support applications via RIDE intranet portal.• Updated 16 applications to include reporting for a new sales role - Inside Account Manager.
