During the session, we walk through your balance sheet, and I share with you what would happen to each of your assets and your family. Then we talk about the experience they want their family to experience. Then they get to pick their plan:Building Wealth Plan - This is for the family who does have any assets or things that would go through probate or don't mind if their family would have to go to court to implement their plan. Living Trust Plan - This is for the family who wants to create a plan, so their family doesn't have to go to court.Wealth Plan - This is for the family who is incredibly busy and wants to outsource the funding of their trust plan After my clients select the right plan for them, we get to do the fun part and design a custom plan for their family. This is where we discuss family dynamics and they get the option to add-on to create things like asset protection and begin creating generational wealth. After we've designed their plan, they pay the agreed-upon fee (there are no surprises). My clients only get a bill from me when they expect one and have agreed upon it in advance. After that, we get to work in putting to gather the custom plan we designed, and about 4 weeks later-- my clients can toast in celebration knowing they have a plan signed and in place to protect their loved ones. And of course, we offer to keep in touch, because we know the only thing that is guaranteed is ... life changes. It's important to regularly review your plan to make sure it stays up to date, and current with the changes in your family and the law so that your plan works the way you want it to work when you need it to work.
