Main duties included cashiering, serving, busing, cleaning, training, opening and closing of the restaurant and shift managing. Here I continued to hone my skills of working in a fast-paced and stressful environment, giving excellent customer service and working on team.

Main positions were barista, cashier and customer support which included keeping work stations in top shape for coworkers busy in customer interactions. This position included training new baristas to learn company policies and direct training at cash register, barista stations, and in food preparation. Duties included opening and closing the tea bar, food preparation, dish washing, stocking, inventory, and extensive cleaning tasks. Learned to perform well under a very high pace and stressful workplace condition while maintaining excellent customer service and product quality.

Main duties consisted of creation and break-down of events, serving and busing. Learned the importance of functional design along with furthering my skills working in a fast-paced environment and giving a high quality customer service.
