Kept track of customers and daily traffic logs. Ensure the property is compliant with permits, registrations, and safety regulations and labor laws. All HR related files for this office only. Attain fully executed service agreements, insurance requirements and tax information for various vendors including but not limited to electric, roofing, HVAC, and center maintenance. Keep Certificates of Insurance current by using ANGUS software. Marketing - Support marketing with webpage and email blasts using MailChimp, WordPress along with individual original emails.
