I am an experienced communicator and public relations professional with expertise in technical writing, media pitching, graphic design, and social media management. As an ESL teacher, I developed creative lesson plans to engage students of all ages. Now, I apply my creativity and planning skills in innovative ways to engage students and teachers in the premier history research competition for 6th-12th graders, National History Day.I am a born and raised Missourian who has lived in Springfield, Missouri; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Cartagena, Spain; I bring a unique perspective and deep appreciation for differences to any team. I am a dedicated and motivated worker whose experience across rural and urban communities both locally and internationally fuels my passion for public service.
