Worked with VP & CLO and project coordinator to develop a sub brand, PAEA Learning, which included the design and development of the organization’s first Learning Experience Platform (LXP) known as the Digital Learning Hub, a member community, and a website. PAEA Learning was launched at the 2018 Education Forum to 900 members. The entire suite allowed PA educators to access professional development anytime, anywhere and added significant value to the membership.Additional work included:• Utilized Salesforce to serve as an identity provider and platform to centralize PAEA Learning services and single sign-on access for members and PAEA staff.• Worked with LinkedIn Learning to embed content in the LXP using a secondary single sign-on to streamline and enrich the user experience, making PAEA the first health professions association to provide the benefit.• Established a digital learning strategy for the Association, focusing on steadily increasing member engagement and adoption of online offerings.

Applied instructional systems design process to Physician Assistant and general medical learner education.
