In this role, my primary objective was to manage leadership teams for developing positive and ethical work culture in close collaboration with Executive Director. I led front office staff and two facility assistants to carry out routine operations. Here I was accountable for overseeing visitors at the reception in absence of front desk staff. I supervised facility and building routine maintenance to assure an effective working environment. My duties included delivering mandatory compliance training to staff as well as completed monthly, quarterly, and annual safety drills and inspections. I was instructed to conduct DOE and DJJ audits and creates final reports. My tasks were to collaborate with vendors and the national office to manage and close contracts. I trained and onboarded new potential employees to support fundraising efforts and coordinate special events. Here I planned and facilitated school activities for staff and students, and coordinated the relocation of the program into a new facility.
