In January of 2008 Team Fitness Training was formed with a classmate and friend from The National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica. We offered one-on-one training, semi-private training and held small group bootcamps. In 2010 my business partner moved out of state and I continued personal and semi-private training though no boot camps.
