Manager of all things! I started my management career at the age of 18 in the restaurant industry and have attended loads of management training including KU's Public Management certificate course and dispute resolution training. I developed a love of working for people with disabilities at the Kansas Neurological Institute where I eventually led a team of 14. After many years working and going to school, I am now a graduate of Baker University with my MBA! I love management, people, nature, and community building. I have experience with process and quality improvement, technology, project management, and leading teams to meet their goals. I have experience with adult education and customer service. Currently, I routinely train MLS users individually and in groups and support them when using our product, find creative back-end solutions to meet MLS users' needs, and collaborate with tech partners to ensure members' success when using ancillary applications connected to the MLS. The less fun but equally interesting part of my job duties include continuous quality improvement of processes & procedures, policy maintenance, and technical education for myself.
