Results-oriented professional responsible for overseeing business development for firm's more than 13,000 active clients. As the CBDO, I am responsible for leading the firm’s global business development function, enabling stakeholders to drive growth while at the same time championing the voice of the client. I work with the firm’s Chair and its senior leadership team to develop and execute on business development priorities aligned with the firm’s objectives, including client-focused aspects of the firm’s practice, industry and regional strategies. I was also the lead architect in designing and implementing all aspects of the firm’s Client Service Program, including the Client Feedback Program, the newly revamped Client Alliance Program, the partner Business Development Programs, and the Alumni Relations Program. I continue to work with lawyers and professional staff across the firm to ensure a consistent and relentless focus on client service. I joined the firm in 2004 as an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group before moving into client service and business development roles. I continue to practice law pro bono by representing abused and neglected children, and I am active in various local and national organizations, including as a public speaker.
