I have been educating children and adults for 25 years. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Reading Education from the State University of New York College at Oswego, and I have been a teacher in Gainesville since 2009, working in Alachua County schools and at Santa Fe College. I have been practicing yoga for 20 years and hold a 500-hour RYT certification in social emotional learning and mindfulness practice. I teach a variety of yoga classes at local Gainesville studios. As a yoga practitioner, I look forward to sharing my practice with those who can most benefit from movement and mindfulness.My ideal clients are individuals who struggle to find a yoga studio that matches their vibe or a class schedule that is convenient to their lifestyle.
