• Analyze and interpret leases, contracts, title opinions, JOAs, paysheets, and DOIs to complete New Well Setups for JIB and Revenue Decks• Prepare/obtain curative to satisfy title requirements• Prepare/circulate division orders and/or transfer orders• Analyze deeds, probates, wills, etc. to transfer ownership in paydecks or change paycodes• Communicate with owners to obtain correct documentation for transfers or to change pay status• Research Escheat/Suspense Records• Create New Owner Accounts • Setup Assignments, Letter Agreements, JOA's, Leases, etc.• Review Leases and Contracts within Drill Schedule to Determine Company Interest• Request and Maintain Payments for Lease Obligations• Establish efficient and effective leasehold acquisition strategy• Create and maintain LPR’s to keep clients up to date on lease status• Maintain adequate records to distribute to leasing agents and client• Due diligence of revenue interest involving divestiture of wells in Oklahoma and Arkansas• Management of 160,000-acre leasehold acquisition in the heart of the Marcellus Shale• Research mineral and leasehold interest ownership, and prepare reports: o STACK, SCOOP, Arkoma, Bakken, Marcellus, Haynesville, Barnett Shale, Utica, DJ• Interpret Oil & Gas Leases, Deeds, Assignments, Joint Operating Agreements, Farm-in/Farmout Agreements, Pooling/Integration Order elections, etc. to determine royalty, conveyance, burdens, etc.• Analyze and calculate net revenue interest, working interest, royalty interest, and overriding royalty interest• Exceptional knowledge pertaining to well information, and ability to retrieve and interpret documents from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Texas Railroad Commission, Department of Environmental Protection in Pennsylvania, including Spacing, Pooling, and Unitization Orders
