OBJECTIVE: I am looking for an Administrative/Sales position. I would like a job with advancement opportunities and where I can put the skills I have obtained to use.QUALIFICATIONSMy background began with years of service in the medical industry both as a medical assistant and secretary. I left this industry to raise my family during the early years of childhood and gained other interests in business and entrepreneurship.In my years of training I also learned simple computer skills, and appointment scheduling. I have multi line phone skills with a pleasant phone voice. I also have knowledge of medical terminology and chart documentation. I can handle my self well under pressure and am willing to learn new things. I am familiar with patient/client confidentiality this also carried over into the business world with credit processing and funding.In the past few years I have assisted my spouse in operating our business, Clark Heating. I am the office manager. My responsibilities included answering phones, employee client relations, management, bookkeeping, marketing, and much more. I am familiar with advertising co-op. Also credit application processing and credit cards. I also worked for the area newspaper in the classified ad/marketing department and excelled in this area bring many ideas and striving to do my best. I have been successful in both inside and outside sales. I have obtained my license in Real Estate.
