Amanda has been in corporate tech recruiting for over 12 years at companies like Google and Salesforce. Worked with Athleta, Google People Operations, Salesforce Sales Teams, The Phoenician, OSEAHer wellness journey began when she learned Vedic Meditation nine years ago while working in San Francisco to reduce stress and anxiety and get better sleep. After profound transformation, she began diving deeper into the practice. The last two years Amanda has been dedicated to becoming a teacher, and is now integrating the two practices.She has studied Creative Intelligence & Emotional Intelligence including over 2000 hours of training and mentorship from Thom Knoles, Doctor of Science of Creative Intelligence (D.Sci), expert in cognitive neuroscience, and a renowned master of consciousness and meditation.

- Managed the interview process by evaluating skill level, interviewing, coordinating phone screens & onsite interviews, and keeping candidates continually informed throughout the process. - Built short-term and long-term candidate pipeline for positions in Quality Engineering, iOS Engineering, Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, and Customer Service.

On project with Nelson Staffing at Google, I managed the employee referral program for Directors, Top referrers and candidates. In addition, I developed partnerships and programs to best action and respond to Googler referrals.

Being a part of the Fiesta Bowl was a scholarship opportunity of a lifetime. I served as a spokesperson and representation of the Bowl Game and its committee members while making media appearances and being interviewed.
