Personal Lifetime Communications project

- Work closely with IT technical architects, ITO engineers (hosting,client security, systems, analytical and networking) and a variety of customers to manage the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects- Lead IT infrastructure projects specifically focused on supporting AD Product Lines Product Creation and Systems Engineering (multiple projects varying size and complexity in various stages of delivery).- Manage project level risks/issues, external interfaces and dependencies.- Utilize project management methodologies, processes and tools.- Align all elements of the project and coordinates to ensure effective delivery of the solution included in project plans.

- Clarify information and answer questions during lecture time- Assist students in developing problem-solving skills- Communicate instructions to students possessing varying levels of programming skills- Grade assignments for 30+ students- Communicate with professor on students' troublesome areas

- Created customized websites for small businesses using HTML5/CSS3 - Assisted in promoting the sites through social media and SEO

- Worked within Vehicle Knowledge-Based Engineering Portfolio- Performed proof of concepts ranging from designing to implementing relational databases- Assisted in design, development, and deployment of IT solutions using Java programming language- Conducted research relating to Big Data analytics and Artificial Neural Networks- Compiled documentation on best practices for use of Rally Agile Development software- Presented Rally tutorial documentation to immediate team, as well as expanding reach to other departments and teams

- Developed a MS Access inventory database for the office to assist in tracking technology migration around campus, particularly as we moved to a newly built facility- Answered phones for basic technology assistance for the Engineering department- Communicated with faculty- Assisted in set-up and networking of computers in the new building
