Designed and rolled out a global method, templates, training to identify and quantify operational resilience risks. Delivered new annual risk assessment report to provide transparency to the Board executive on their resilience risks (leading to business case for required remediations worth $millions). Represented J.P. Morgan on multiple trade industry forums (SIBCMG, Bank of England’s ORCG Working groups) presenting on industry panels and participating in the development of industry best practise guidance to shape the standard for operational resilience in the finance industry and establish JP as leading the way.Implemented a new global transactional reporting regulatory solution. All deliveries occurred on time and with 94% (or above) regulatory compliance on volumes of 2M transactions per day. This supported avoidance of regulatory penalties on misreporting.

Program Manager: Led delivery of Lloyd’s of London market reform initiative (moving the insurance market from a paper based system to that of an electronic platform). The overall portfolio budget was approximately £8 million per year. Led a team of 6 project managers, 60+ build staff, and multiple vendors across the UK and India. Directly led to Xchanging being voted the number one Technology Provider by the Global Broker and underwriter magazine in 2009. Enterprise Solution architect: Led the development of 3-5 year IT strategy for London Metal Exchange. Reported to C level executives and presented to Excom Board.IT Strategy: Developed a five year strategy to simplify the existing production support architecture (monitoring, service desk, service rollout) with a view for future global expansion. This strategy utilised the Business Service Management (BSM) approach. Amanda’s strategy was sourced by Forrester as a case study on best practice on the topic.
