Ensure quality control of program implementation including contracting, procurement, performance, finance, technical assistance and process improvement of system design. Performance measures include placement in employment or education; attainment of degree or certificate; literacy and numeracy gains. Contracts totaling $6M and serving 1,500 youth per year.

Greater San Diego Area

Provide program oversight and support for workforce development program serving at risk youth. Coordinate outeach, recruitment, intake, eligibility, orientation, assessment, case management, supportive services and individual service strategies. Program design includes educational services, work readiness training, occupational skills training and youth development services. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Contract total $190K and serving 40 youth per year.

San Diego, California

Support California Outreach Office to manage $200,000 federally funded public health program serving the United States - Mexico border. Focus areas included border health, diabetes, tuberculosis and immunization. Collaborate with US and Mexican local, state and federal public health officials. Event planning including international logistics, venue, program, evaluation and outreach. Oversee fiscal management, program management, compliance and reporting to State and Federal agencies. Strengthen binational relationships with strong cultural competency and Spanish language skills.

Deliver exceptional patient experience during consultation, pre and post operative care. Ensure quality control and HIPPA compliance.
