At Asurion, I help design and build software services for our online sales channels, working with event driven architecture and domain driven design as the basis of our technology. My team utilizes a full stack of tools and services such as AWS (DynamoDB, Lambda, Step Functions, etc), GraphQL, React, Next.js, Node, and Typescript to enable enterprise sales capabilities through multiple Asurion channels.I have developed skills at Asurion and gained experience as a technical lead and people leader to help manage the teams I work on, and ensure that every engineer has exposure to contributing to our services and learn how to be effective engineers. As a front-end software engineer at TechnologyAdvice, I helped maintain and implement new designs on our company web application. This included using React, Redux, Jekyll, Liquid, HTML, SASS, and build processes including Gulp, NPM, and webpack. I helped implement a handful of major redesigns on our website, including porting Wordpress page templates to a better maintained and speedier HTML based templating system with Jekyll, which decreased our average site load time by nearly 50%.I also helped build out internal applications for our employees using React + Redux. My main focuses were to help design and implement React components that are reusable, maintainable, and tested, while working with the APIs defined by our back-end team.

An intensive six month program that taught basics in computer programming, specializing in Front-End and Back-End Development. Languages and frameworks taught included Javascript, Node, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML / HAML, and CSS / SASS / LESS. Most importantly, I left NSS with the ability to quickly pick up other languages, such as PHP and Liquid, while still producing results in a work environment.

With my 2 years in marketing operations, I oversaw and managed multiple campaigns for our clients. I worked with our clients, to ensure the campaigns delivered results, while also managing the client's expectations. I built relationships with partners, and managed a small team while running these campaigns.

Developed SEO friendly web content for Cobweb site, I worked with a team of interns designing and creating Content Management Sites for Cobweb customers.I learned about the importance of organic SEO and how to develop Joomla websites, while also learning to live in a different country.
