Serving as administrator and academic coach, I developed and provided professional development classes weekly to the entire faculty. Constantly in all content classrooms observing, modeling, co-teaching and providing feedback in addition to developing action plans for future improvement. Pedagogy is my passion and building teacher toolboxes is key to engaging students and furthering authentic learning.
