Selected by members of the sorority to serve on the Executive Council to create and distribute materials to over ninety new members and aid them during their experience transitioning into the sorority. Facilitated weekly meetings, constructed a yearly agenda, attend leadership events, organize bonding events, and communicate regularly with national advisors to introduce ideas and plans for the organization. Received the Association of Greek Letter Organizations Alpha Epsilon Phi Marilyn Gerstein Coller Outstanding Junior Award during this role.

Communicated with clients, arranged appointments, and organized information that could be understood by other employees. Safely administered COVID-19 tests to clients making sure to be comforting and cautious to give them the best possible experience. Worked alongside new employees on the protocol to give the tests. Made sure to be flexible to be able to give tests since there could be last-minute demand.

Monitored opening and closing of the business, while working alongside and supervising other employees, preparing food, and helping customers. Helped train employees in food preparation, helping customers, and other related tasks.
