Scope encompasses seven different GPO brands in addition to three distinct business models. • Serve as primary point of contact and subject matter expert on Membership business operations for internal and external customers.• Operate as Membership lead while overseeing activity related to implementations, GPO and product terminations, alliance transfers, and acquisitions / mergers. • Ensure membership team adheres to defined processes for credentialing, account maintenance, document retention, alliance transfers, and terminations. • Developed numerous process guides and implemented tracking guides for Membership team use. • Lead and/or oversee Membership component of numerous projects. Examples include, but are not limited to: Onyx to Salesforce migration, conversion to CIF 2.0, VHA / UHC reconciliation, and ongoing Vizient / MedAssets integration efforts.• Develop, coordinate and lead Membership functions and events such as team-building, group activities, etc. • Create ad-hoc Access queries and perform analysis to support business operations.
