As the Design Lead and Founding Designer at LifeStance Health, I reported directly to the executive team, spearheading the visual development and branding for over 30 groups and 300+ locations acquired under LifeStance Health. Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all design and branding strategic initiatives, I established the foundational elements for all visual initiatives.I created the company’s first comprehensive branding guidelines, which set the standard for direct mail pieces, email campaigns, social media campaigns, social posts, flyers, brochures, and more.
