I am the key contact for maintaining brand consistency, voice and personality throughout multiple touch points including packaging, collateral and e-commerce for a multinational CPG retailer.

I partnered with the Director of Loyalty Marketing on the 2011 launch of their new loyalty program (Club Carlson), which included new branding, communications and engagement strategies.
