Assist to develop ROM’s new website and backend system to support solemnisation and registration of marriages. I have been working closely with the appointed vendor for system development, applying the agile approach. You will also: manage and escalate issues/ roadblocks encountered in the development phase; suggest and deploy technology to support new workflows and optimise ROM’s operations; provide insights into necessary or desirable changes in legislation and policies to effect technology changes; coordinate meetings with stakeholders, partners and appointed vendor; conduct validations and system usability tests; and work on any other duties assigned by the Registrar.

Perform quality check on daily system generated settlement letters, Match settlement letters with case file accurately, ensure letters and cheques are timely and accurately dispatched, Copy and dispatch mails to mailboxes of service rep, call respective personnel to inform cheque is ready for collection.

Social Media Management such as managing Facebook,Instagram, updating platform like Hometrust. Did several content creations such as short articles. Managed sales inquiries from Facebook as well as emails. Did cold calling to potential clients to arrange for appointments with the designers.
